What if my first account is slightly higher than I was expecting?
Because your service and equipment charge is billed in advance for a period of between 4-6 weeks, sometimes your first account will be slightly higher than expected. Don't worry, it will even itself out over the next account or two - plus you will probably get a refund from your old supplier for any overlapping service & equipment charges. If you call your CC consultant on receipt of your first account, they will be happy to talk you through it.

Most of our rates are contract free. So yes, in most cases you can change. It is definitely pertinent though to call your consultant at Corporate Choice and have any counter-offer assessed. Remember Corporate Choice is not a Phone Company so we will always give you an honest assessment. *Some of our rates do carry a term contract so again check with your consultant to have the stipulations checked over.
