I don't like contracts!
That's perfectly understandable. Many of our customers feel the same way, but there are always two sides to a contract. Yes, you will be obliged to the supplier we have recommended for a set period, but that will also secure your fixed energy costs for the same period. The Australian Energy market is volatile and at times unpredictable - it is not unheard of for customers of some suppliers to have their price increased by 200%! The security of a contract term is in many cases the best option for our customers, similar to the way the banking industry offers options to secure interest rates for a family mortgage at times when reserve rates look set to increase.
As a buying group it's in our best interest to keep our customers business secure and to grow ourselves in the number of customers we support. As we grow that gives us more buying power, as we get more buying power we are able to negotiate even cheaper rates. The first people we recommend taking a contact are our existing.

Why are the savings so small?
The margins available for cost reduction with electricity & gas are generally minimal in comparison to some of our other products - such as telecommunications. All Electricity and gas supplies for your location come from the same generators therefore the margins are quiet low. This is where Corporate Choice fits in. As a buying group we are in most cases able to negotiate lower rates than are available to the general public. The larger we get the more buying power we have, the more buying power we have the cheaper the rates get, but please remember that for us to make the right recommendation for your business we will not always choose what appears to be the cheapest possible price.
