No. With the majority of the recommendations made to you by a Corporate Choice consultant, you will be securing a pricing structure that has been specially negotiated for our customers. In a limited number of special cases you may be able to secure the same offering from the supplier directly - but will miss out on the greatest benefit of available to Corporate Choice customers; truly independent advice with an overdose of personalised service!

Why does CC only use a few suppliers as opposed to the many that are available?
Our buying group's ability to continue to offer the lowest prices and prioritized service is supported by the number of customers that we have using individual suppliers. In short, the more of customers that use a particular service, the lower prices we can negotiate on your behalf! If we choose only 3 or four of the providers most able to commit to our customers pricing and service requirements then we can maintain our ability to offer our service.
In our experience, there are not many suppliers of Australian business utilities that are able to keep their commitments to our customers. With de-regulation having occurred a number of years ago, the market has now been over-run with companies promising the world to small business - but in many cases not following through. Where ever possible Corporate Choice will offer you the lowest price, but please remember that the value of our offering to you lies in the fact that your business will receive a recommendation you can trust... we know these industries well!

Can I keep my existing email address?
Not all Internet Service Providers have options for forwarding your email if you switch to another provider. If you have a registered domain name with hosted email addresses (i.e. name@yourbusiness.com.au), these email addresses will not be affected. If you currently have BigPond email addresses, you will lose these once the account with BigPond is closed. We recommend you speak to one of our consultants about registering a domain name and setting up email hosting.
You will be surprised to find out that you can raise the profile of your business and have the freedom to change between Internet Providers without changing your email address. For providers other than BigPond, we recommend you confirm with the existing supplier to see what email forwarding facilities they have.
